Teams
Our youngest players will focus on learning basic lacrosse skills. We will practice under USA lacrosse Flex 6 guidelines using a soft lacrosse ball.
Optional mixed games with other area Futures programs.
Required gear:
Girls /women's lacrosse stick ( I have loaners)
Recommended:
Mouth Guard*
Girls lacrosse Goggles*
Cleats
* will be required if playing a futures game against other programs.
Our older elementary grades will work on developing basic lacrosse skills as well as rules and strategies of a lacrosse game.
Games will be played 7v7 on a full lacrosse field.
Required gear:
Womens Lacrosse stick (I have loaners)
Girls lacrosse Goggles
Mouth guard (no white or clear)
Recommended Gear:
Cleats
Stick bag
Middle School players will learn more advanced lacrosse skills including modified stick checking.
Games will be played 9v9 on a full lacrosse field.
