Lacrosse Stick
There are sticks of all levels of quality and cost available for purchase in local sporting good stores and online through amazon and lacrosse retailers like Lacrosse Unlimited. For Futures players smaller girls sticks like the STX lily are great for beginners. As girls ready 4th and 5th grade they should be adjusting to a women's stick.
avoid sticks labeled as "youth" they tend to be boys sticks which have a different head and pocket structure.
Facebook market place is also a great place to check for gear.

goggles
girls lacrosse goggles provide protection from incidental contact from lacrosse balls and sticks and are required.
Lokosphere makes strap alternative which also makes for easeir adjustments on field. They can be purchased on amazon for about $15.
At the high school level in the state of Florida girls lacrosse are required to wear a girls lacrosse helmet. A helmet can be worn in place of google.
Begginer kits are often sold either online or in some stores with a stick, goggles and stick bag.

mouthguard
There are a range of mouthguards on the market from inexpensive heat to mold versions to more expensive breathable mouth guards. There are some mouthguards that are not allowed, the whole mouthguard must fit inside of the mouth. They also can not attach to goggles.
It's also advisable to have a spare mouth guard. Sticks and goggles can be borrowed but not mouth guards. If your child has braces, reach out to their provider for recommendations.

Some gear that is recommended but not required to play.
Cleats-Soccer or Fooball will be fine. Lacrosse specfic cleats are available but typically must be purchased online. Pros of a lacrosse or football cleat is they usually have some level of ankle support.
Stick Bag- a stick bag is the best way to keep track of goggles and mouth guards. There are different styles, I have found good deals on new stick bags being resold on ebay.
Girls Lacrosse Helmet- the cost is higher than goggles but some players choose the helmet instead
Rebounder.- For practice at home a rebounder is a great work out to help improve passing and catching. Sometimes pop up goals will also show up on sale at sporting goods stores for shooting practing.
Balls-lots of them. Lacrosse balls, tennis balls are great for wall ball and beggining payers, swax lax balls are great for craddle practice.
