The Conway Lacrosse club is committed to growing girls' lacrosse in Orlando by providing opportunities for new and developing players. We offer recreational lacrosse for athletes in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
About Us
Carrie Cogsdale
Founder, director and Coach of Conway LC. Carrie has been part of the Orlando Lacrosse community since 1998 as a member of the inaugural girls lacrosse team at Boone High School. And active in youth lacrosse since 2020.
Carrie currently holds a Silver Level USA Lacrosse Certification.
